Heat oil. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackled. Add onion and saute til slightly golden. Add garlic, chilli, ginger paste. Saute until raw smell goes. Then add chicken, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

In medium flame saute for 5 minutes. Add tomato. Let tomato soft.

Add coriander powder. Saute for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of water. Cook in high and medium flame for 5 minutes. Add chopped capsicum. Add little bit salt. Cook for 15 minutes in low flame covering with lid. Add garam masala powder. Mix. Serve with roti or chapati.
