Mix milk and sugar, add water gradually bit by bit to make the dough.

Rub your hands with little oil so that the dough will not stick your hands.

Take a portion, make a ball shape and keep it aside for 10 minutes, set oil on low flame fry till golden color, drain the excess oil on a tissue or towel.
