Mango pickle

Heat a kadhai and heat oil on smoking point and off the flame. Keep aside and let it cool completely. Wash and cut raw mangoes as shown.

Coarsely grind fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds.

Take a large bowl put mango cubes and grinded seeds, nigella seeds, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,and mustard oil.

Mix it well with hands.Take a glass jar and put the pickle in the jar cover with lid and keep it in the sunlight for 3 to 4 days. After two days add 1 /2 cup oil add in the mango pickle.Enjoy Mango pickle with roti,Parantha,Puri.
