Mango Stuffed Chocolate

Heat a pan add mango pulp and sugar and cook stirring continuously till thickens like compote form.

Melt chopped chocolate by double bath process. Stir with spoon till smooth structure. Fill in piping bag.

Fill in silicone chocolate mould upto 1/4 th level and in center stuff mango compote and again fill with mango melted chocolate compound and tape to remove air bubbles. Keep it in the fridge to set fot 10- mins.

Remove from the fridge and unmold the Chocolates and decorate with silver edible powder with brush and serve YUMMY Mango Stuffed Chocolate in a plate.
