Grate your potatoes, rinse and soak in cold water, after some minutes use a kitchen towel to squeeze excess water, make sure you squeeze well till there is no water.

After squeezing turn the potatoes into a bowl and add the ingredients, grate onions, garlic,ginger, flour, little egg white and mix.

Scoop with a serving spoon, put on the pan and flatten it. Shallow fry with little oil, let the potato brown before turning to the other side.

Serve with ketchup, garlic sauce...enjoy😘
