FOR HERBED RICE:
➡Prepare Steam rice and let it cool down
➡In a pan, Add butter,Chopped garlic
Oregano or mixed herbs,coriander
➡And add the steamed rice
➡Let it cook for few mins and add 3 spoons of milk
FOR CREAMY HERBED POTATOES:
➡Add,ButterFinely chopped garlic,Coriander,
Red chilli flakes,Oregano
➡Let it cook and garlic turn a little brown
➡Add boiled potatoes(DONT REMOVE THE SKIN) and let it cook for few minutes
➡Then Add Green, Yellow and Red bell peppers and let it cook for sometime
➡Add Amul fresh cream or Malai
➡Salt According To Your Taste
➡Add,Milk (4-5 spoons),grated cheese,pepper powder, pinch of sugar
VOILAAAAA! A SIMPLE DISH WITH LOTS OF FLAVOURS
