Ingredients

  1. 200 gquinoa
  2. 400 gpineapple
  3. 400 gfamily tomatos
  4. 28 gBrazil nuts
  5. 500 gspinach
  6. Pinchhimilayan seasalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook quinoa in a rice cooker for an hour

  2. 2

    Drain quinoa of water in a sieve

  3. 3

    Cook frozen spinach on the hob

  4. 4

    Combine pineapple, tomatos, quinoa, spinach and nuts
