A delicious dish which looks colourful by chicken coated with green masala, purple onions, green/red/yellow capsicum. Served with salad. One of my dad's favourite recipe. He used to make this while he was in Saudi.

Ingredients

6 sticks
  1. 250 gmsChicken boneless cubes
  2. ForGreen masala kabab:
  3. 3 tbspfresh coriander leaves
  4. 2 tbspmint leavea
  5. 3-4green chillies
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 1&1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 3 tbspYoghurt (strained)
  10. As per taste Salt
  11. 2Capsicum
  12. 1Onion

Cooking Instructions

    In a chopper add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, grind well and set aside.

    In a bowl add yoghurt, garam masala, salt, blended green masala and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add chicken cubes to the above masala and mix well. Add some cooking oil, mix and marinate for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle some salt and black pepper over onion and capsicum.

  5. 5

    Thread chicken cubes in skewers. First thread chicken then capsicum then again chicken followed by onion. Repeat the same process.

    In a pan add cooking oil and place the skewers and cook from all sides. Serve hot with mayo.
