Wash fish and marinate with red chilli powder coriander powder aamchorpWder black pepper turmeric powder salt ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp oil and 1tbs flour mix well fish and keep in freeze 2 hours.

Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil and add tomatoes and green chilli stir fry well add 1/2 tsp salt and onion stir fry until smooth and add kasori methi and keep aside.

Take a pan add oil add fish pieces and fry both sides and mix in tomato and onion masala mix well and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and keep slow Flame 5 minutes and Flame off ready to serve with paratha or chapati salad.
