#mangomasti.This bread is a substitute of heavy meal it's texture is too light in tasty and sometimes we don’t want to cook in summers due to high intesty of heat , so we wants to drink plenty of water / juices and don’t eat heavy food like gravy , curry and roti then i want to try this mango 🥭 tea bread first time , lets checkout the ingredients.

First of all cut the mango 🥭 in cubes, set aside then chopped the almonds.

Now take a strainer add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder together than sieve it, set aside.

Now take a large bowl add butter and oil with caster sugar beat it with beater until a smooth mixture in medium speed.

Now add 2 eggs with vanilla / mango essence into the mixture one by one then beat the mixture continuesly until it becomes smooth texture.

Now add dry ingredients of flour mix with spatula gently handle it and fold it smoothly clockwise position,then add mango cubes, almonds, raisins and crush coconut crush mix with spatula handle nicely.

Now preheat oven at 180 c for 10 minutes then add the mixture in 8 by 9 long bread mould and bake it for 50 to 60 minutes, mean while check the mixture after 50 minutes with toothpick/ knife inbetween the mixture mould (if toothpick is empty then mango bread is ready, if toothpick has stick the mixture then cook for 5, 7 minutes more) you can check it properly.
