This is a small riff on the wonton stuffing recipe, since both are similar in taste. There's a more pronounced taste of black pepper, along with Chinese sausage and a slice of boiled egg.
Please scale this up as necessary for the number/size of buns you would want to fill. I have not yet made a successful homemade dough, and will likely not find one that works for me for a while.
