Blend onions, ginger, chillies, garlic, coriander and Soya nuggets and make a keema out of it. Make sure to drain water from soya nuggets before blending.

To the keema, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Aamchur powder, coriander powder, Garam masala, pepper powder Jeera powder, maida and cornflour. Mix well togather so that keema absorbs all flavours.

Shape it like a tikki. You can shape like a seekh kabab using satay stick and roast it with olive oil or groundnut oil.

Serve hot soya Seekh kabab with green chutney
