Popular traditional namkeen fried Chiwda flavoured with coriander leaves.
Steps

Heat oil in a frying pan. As heated add chopped green chillies, cashewnuts pieces, roast gram, curry leaves fry on slow flame till crispy golden brown. Remove in a strainer. Add peanuts and fry till crispy golden. Transfer it on a strainer to remove excess oil.

Now fry all poha, on high flame by putting fistful at a time. Put on strainer to remove excess oil.

Now place chopped coriander leaves in another deep soup-strainer and then place it hot oil to fry till crispy.

Now in a mixing bowl add all the above fried ingredients. Also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar powder,garam masala and salt, mix all gently.

Store in an airtight glass jar. Serve/ Relish delicious Kothmari Chiwda at tea time.
