Steps

Take mashed potatoes in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix them properly making a dough.

Now, divide this dough into 4 small dough, 1 for each bun.

Lightly toast buns with ghee/ butter from both sides and apply sandwich spread on both the inner sides of the buns.

Now, place the bottom portion of all the buns in a plate and keep aloo dough in the middle and top them with tomato, onion, spinach and cheese.

Now cover the buns with the upper part and press gently.

Your homemade burger is ready to serve.

(You can also use Maccain cheese nuddgets inside of aloo doughs to make the burger more tasty.)
