Steps

Take jaggery powder or grated jaggery in a bowl add1/4 cup water to it and stir well until the jaggery dissolves completely

In mixing bowl take flour,sooji, cardamom powder,add water to it whisk the mix well,lump free batter is ready
- 3
Heat a greased pan pour ladle full batter in the center of the pan drizzle ghee over the side of pan cake cook untill it turns golden brown colour,flip and cook other side
- 4
Ready to serve with ghee it's very very tasty and healthy too
