Soak rice Dhall fenugreek together for five hours and grind it in a mixer jar to a smooth mixture and then add all the ingredients to it and allow it to ferment for ten hours

Take a kuzhipaniyaram pan pour little oil in all the dig in a pan and once get heat pour the mixture dough to half of dig and allow to cook

Once cooked on one side turn to other side,allow it to cook for few minutes,once ready serve with red chutney
