Cooking Instructions

Remove the seeds from dates.And cut dates in to very small piece. Or you can blend the dates..

Now heat the ghee in the pan and add dates paste in to it... mix well And continue stir until they turn it to smooth paste.

Once mixture is ready turn of the heat. Now with your plam make a equal portions of dates balls.

Now apply the ghee on surface and roll the dates using rolling pin.

Stack Biscuits and dates alternately over eachother. And apply from all the sides.

Now apply the coconut powder on the roll from all sides.

Keep it in a fridge for 15-20 minutes so it can settle down.

When Dates bites settled,slice it into equal four equal halves(portion).

Dates bites is ready to serve.
