Steps

Clean the beef and cut it cubes, and fry to brown it. Once it brown both side pour the stock and let it cook until the beef tender

In the meantime, prepare the red bean from the can, wash it and set aside. Cut the carrots into chunks.

When you see the beef is almost tender, put the carrots into the pot. Saute the onions, garlic, pepper and nutmeg in the pan.

Once the onions cook thru, you can see when the color became translucent, pour it into the soup, together with celery and the beans.

Put some salt, sugar to taste, and serve with steam rice or just eat it like that!
