Steps

Take a blender jar. Add curd, chickpeas flour, turmeric, salt,ginger paste and half cup water. Blend it well. Add another half cup of water. Blend.

Take a broad pan. Turn on flame. Stir and cook until dense. Turn off flame.

Take any plate or tray. Keep it upside down. Put the batter on the edge of it and spread it thin and keep aside for 5-6 mins. Meanwhile keep remaining batter covered.

Once cool spread the grated coconut all over the batter. Cut it into strips. Roll with the help of fingers. Make all the rolls likewise.

For tadka heat the tadka pan. Add oil. Once hot, add sesame seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds,curry leaves, chilli. Pour the tadka over the khandvi. Garnish with coriander leaves.
