  • 1 packetSewai
  • 1/2 ltrMilk
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/2 tbspCardamom powder
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 2 tbspDry fruits
  • 1 tbspTutti fruiti

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add ghee in wok and fry the sewai till golden brown.

    Boil milk. Add the vermicelli into the milk. Add cardamom powder. Switch off the flame.

    Add sugar,dry fruits and tuti fruiti as well. Let it chill for about 1 hour and then serve.
