First make a normal atta dough and boil potatoes mash the potatoes and add chopped onion, all dry masalas

Take atta dough and roll it in round shape spread ghee and potato masalas and spread the potato with hands on the dough.

Then with the help of rolling pin roll the mixture softly and fold the first layer from top.

Start folding from the top to bottom.

And make layers and then close the layer by rolling from all the sides.

As show in pic close the layer and place on rolling board and roll softly and place on pan or tawa.

Spread the ghee on both the sides and cook till it turns crispy.

Serve the layered paratha with dahi or butter.
