Take palak boiled with 2 pinches salt for 5 to 7 mins and strain and cool down. Then take to a corn boil amd remove. Take veggies of your choice and chop them, then paneer and saute.

Dein tke ghee in a wok crackle some carrom seeds(zeera) then put chopped veggies, corn, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, puree, all dry masala and saute. After 2-5 mins put 2 cups of water and washed rice let it cook for half then put paneer in that and let it cook for another 7-10 mins and turn of the gas. Rice is ready.

Garnish with bhujia sev.
