My favourite recipe when it there is a party or guest coming to our home
Steps

Make sugar syrup first with cardamom, saffron, sugar and water

Make bread dough by cutting sides of bread and put little milk and make a soft dough.

Make small balls with dough and deep fry in oil or ghee.

Put all balls in sugar syrup.Sugar syrup must not be too hot or too cold.Keep it for 10-15 mins

Garnish it with pista and badam.

Bread Mithai is ready to serve.
