  1. 1 kgrice
  2. 1 kgchicken
  3. 1 cupyoghurt
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 4onion sliced
  6. Dry spices
  7. 2 tspcoriander seed powder
  8. 2 tspfunul seed powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspcumin seed powder
  11. For yakhni
  12. 2 tbspwhite cumin
  13. Whole garam masala
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 2 cupoil
  16. 4 tbspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice for half an hour

  2. 2

    Prepare yakhni with yakni ingredients and set a side

  3. 3

    Now fry onion and put some for other use add ginger garlic paste tomatoes and yoghurt

  4. 4

    Now add chicken and dry spices and fry until oil separates

  5. 5

    Now add yakhni and chicken and allow it to boil and add rice and cook until water reduce

  6. 6

    Now add fried onion and put it to dum for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Now pulao is ready
