Peel and boil the potatoes with little salt

Drain the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

On a bowl, add sliced onions, mixed spices, curry powder, grinded scotch bonnet, salt to taste and mix well

Break the eggs into the mixture bowl and stir

Add the potatoes

Heat little oil in the waina pan. Pour the mixture and fry, when done, turn the other side gently

Your waina is done and ready to serve! 😋
