Ingredients

30mins.
2 servings
  • 1 cupHomemade paneer (grated or crumbled)
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • 2tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/2green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2red capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspgreen chillies
  • As required Coriander Leaves
  • As per taste Salt
  • Handful coriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • As per taste chilli powder
  • 1 tspcream

Steps

30mins.
  1. 1

    Take a pan add 2 tsp oil and 1 tsp jeera and saute for a min. Now add chopped onion and saute well till it become transculent (don't overcook the onions).

    Now add red and green bell pepper in it and saute for another 3-4 mins. Now add chopped tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Let it cook till tomatoes become soft and mushy. Now add salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder as per your taste.

    Add green chillies.Mix it well and let it cook for 5 mins. Till the oil seperates so that the masala mix well and get the taste of all spices.

  5. 5

    Now add homemade crumbled paneer in it. Add cream and mix well. Garnish with coriander and Serve hot.
