Steps

Heat the pan and put 2 table spoon of ghee. Once the ghee melted add 2 cups of gram flour

Roast the gram flour on low flame

If you feel it's very dry then add 1 spoon of more ghee.

Roast till it turns to golden brown and you can feel the fragrance of the roasting.

Once the gram flour roasted turn off the stove and transfer this into another pan and keep stirring constantly and after 2 to 5 minutes add powdered sugar in that.

Mix well with sugar and let it keep aside for few minutes.

After that make round balls of that mixture and sprinkle some dryfruits.

Taaddaa besan Laddoo is ready
