Peel and dice half the apple, the orange, the peach, and the lemon.

Place the fruit in a large bowl and add the sugar. Mix gently.

Add the Cointreau, vodka, gin, and grenadine.

Stir everything together and let it macerate for about two hours. Refrigerate to chill.

Finally, add the orange soda and the chilled cava. Stir with a wooden spoon.

Add plenty of ice cubes, and your cava sangria is ready to serve.
