Peel deseed and cut raw mangoes in cubes put in a pan with 2 cups of water

Add in spices and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium low flame

Mash with masher and cook for more 3 to 4 minutes add vinegar or tatric acid and remove from the heat.let it cool.

I love mushy n chunky consistency you can blend it like this

Here is the mushy anf chunky chutney😍 store in a airtight jar and enjoy upto 1 month 😍
