Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupsSugar
  2. Butter 2 tbp
  3. 1 literMilk
  4. Custard powder 4 tbp
  5. Mango 1 big
  6. Sugar 4 tbp
  7. Marie biscuits 2 half roll

Cooking Instructions

    Make custard by adding milk and sugar in a sauce pan.

    Add custard powder in 1 cup of cold milk.mix and add in boiling milk. Keep stirring until desired consistency.

    In a heavy saucepan add sugar. When edges started to appear brown keep moving sauce pan withbthe help of handle not the spatula.

    When center starts to turn brown stir it with spatula. When sugar dissolves completely. Turn off stove and add butter.

    Crush biscuits with the help of rolling pin and spread it over greased oven dish.

    Now immediately spread sugar sugar syrup over biscuits and give it a good mix. Let it cool

    Again break them with the help of rolling pin.

    Layer bottom of serving dish with custard then butterscotch crunch, mangoes and repeat.

    Decorate as you like.
