Crack the eggs in a bowl add a pinch of black pepper and salt. Whisk together. Place a non stick pan on medium heat, add a tablespoon vegetable and fry the egg. Set this aside. To the same pan add a tablespoon vegetable oil and pan grill the sausages until cook on both sides.

Now assemble the sandwich. First spread butter on the first slice, arrange the sausages on top

Then the cheese slice, egg and the second bread slice. Spread the top of the bread with butter.

Heat up a non stick pan and toast the sandwich on both sides. Slice and serve.
