    Sub se pehle pyaz slice kar ke light brown kar lein.then add garlic paste.chicken dalen or achi trha bhoon lein.chopped tematar dal kar cover kar lein.

    Jab tematar naram hojaen chicken ko ache se bhoon lein.dahi Lein usme biryani masala,chaat masala,garam masala,red chilli powder or thora sa namak dal kar ache se mix karein chicken ke upper dal kar cover kar lein.

    Rice boil kar lein namak ke sath.jab boil hojaen tu kisi channie me dal kar rakh dein.

    Jab chicken masala ready hojae tu end pe green masala bana kar dalna hai.jis ke liye dhaniya, green chilli or adrak ko thore se pani ke sath blender me blend kar lein or masale pe dal kar choolha band kar dein.

    Ab ik bare pateele me rice or masale ki layers lagaen.end pe lemon slice green chillies Hara dhaniya or zarde ka colour dal kar dum dein enjoy karein mazedar biryani.
