Take the flour, salt, vinegar in a bowl. Add water accordingly to knead a soft dough. Grease with oil and Rest aside for 30 minutes.

In a pan heat a tbsp of oil and add ginger garlic. Now Add finely chopped onions and all other veggies and saute on a high flame. Add the masala powder and pepper powder. Mix well until cooked. Add spring onion greens or coriander leaves whatever his available. Set aside to cool.

Now take a small portion from dough and roll into thin circles. Place the filling and close the four edges. You can make your own shapes like gujiya or modak one's too.

Place it in a steamer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Take out and serve along with spicy red chutney😋

For fried momos, deep fry the steamed momos in hot oil. The momos should be cooled before deep frying.

Ready to serve.
