Ingredients

  1. Kardi clean and soaked in water
  2. 1onion cut into sliced
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 4-5garlic crushed
  6. 2 tbsoil

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add onion and crushed garlic... Cook for 2 minutes now add turmeric powder

    Add kardi and salt and cook till it gets golden in colour... Garnish with Coriander leaves
