Ingredients

  • Kardi clean and soaked in water
  • 1onion cut into sliced
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 4-5garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add onion and crushed garlic... Cook for 2 minutes now add turmeric powder

    Add kardi and salt and cook till it gets golden in colour... Garnish with Coriander leaves
