Jangiri recipe

Urad dal( preferably new) - 1 cup
Soak urad dal for an hour and grind it in mixie /wet grinder as like vada batter, should not add too much of water....the batter should be very thick....add little salt and food colour to it...
Sugar syrup :
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 1/2 cup
The sugar syrup should be near to one string consistency ....add little lemon juice to avoid crystallization....
Heat the oil in a flat pan , oil should not be too hot , make jangiri using a icing bag, milk cover even , or in a white cloth with a little round cut in the middle , squeeze jangiri and soak it in the hot sugar syrup just for 30 seconds and remove.....
PS : The oil should not be very hot for frying jangiri and the sugar syrup should be hot for soaking jangiri...
