First of all take mangoes cut it into 1inch cube then wash it in water drain all water add 1tsp salt and1/2 tsp tarmaric powder.

Then mix it well leave it overnight or 6 hours keep a side

Now transfer it in a big bowl then add red chilli powder,salt, tarmaric powder onion seeds

Add yellow mustard dal, cumin and souf powder and packet Achar masala.

Now take a kadai heat oil when it hot oil then add in it.

At last mix it well leave it for 10 minutes then add vinegar mix again achar is ready.

Now fill in air tide container after 4days it will Ready to serve.too tasty
