Black (kala) Chana chaat
Yummy and easy snack recipe.
Steps

Take a pot add 3 to 4 tsp oil. Add all spicies (masala) just fry them. Add 2 to 3 tsp water.

Now add chana. Add lemon (if you don't have lemon you can add Mango powder). Add 2 tsp water cover it for 2 to 3 mins. (Masala acha sa pak Jaya).

Turn off the flame and cool it. Add tomatoes, onions and dhaniya.

Now add green chilli, potatoes and papri.

Add Chaat masala and Zeera powder. Black chana Chaat is ready.
