In a bowl sieve maida and custard powder.

Take a mixing pot add melted butter and sugar whisk it very well till micture become fluffy. Add cardamom powder,rose water and trutti frutti, mix it. Now gradually add maida.Mix very well, and make soft dough.Add milk if dough seems hard.

Give log shape to the dough.Wrap it with cling film. Refrigerate it for at least 1 hr. Take out after cooling. Cut it into pieces.

Grease the baking tray. Preheat the oven on 180C for 10 minutes.

Place the biscuits on baking tray bake it for 10-12 minutes. Bottom should be brown.

Let it completely cool,then store in airtight jar.
