I put water in pot nd heat it till it start bringing bubbles,washed my rice nd add it on the heating water to parboiled.I drained it

I put on oil on pot nd add small amount of water,salt nd suger i heat it then add up the drain rice,carrot,onion nd cinnamon. I reduce d heat into small nd i heat it for 10minute
