First bring the milk to boil then simmer the gas and boil it for more 10 mins.

Mix the cornflour in little cold milk and add it to the boiling milk. Boil the milk for more 5 minutes with countinous stirring. Now keep the milk to cool down.

Now finlly chop the fruits

Pour the milk in a blender jar add the fresh cream, condensed milk and Sugar to it. Now blend it for at least five minutes and keep it in freezer.

When the milk freezes upto 70% add the fruits to it and blend it for just 1 or 2 rounds so that the fruits will get mixed easily. Keep it in freezer.

After 1 hour bring it out mix well with a spoon and pour it in an air tight container and keep it in freezer until the milk freezes. Then enjoy whenever you want totally homemade ice cream without any worries
