Crush the oats into coarsed powder and take it in a bowl.

Now add in a pinch of baking soda.

To this, add milk and mix well.

Now add coffee powder into it and whisk properly.

Now add the vanilla essence to this mixture.

Now add sugar lite into it.

Now add the egg and mix well.

Now grease a microwave safe bowl with olive oil.

Now add the mixture and tap well.

Now microwave it for 5 minutes and it's done. Let it cool down and then flip.

To make the coffee ganacche, add 2tbsp of sugar, 2 and a half tbsp of water, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of maida mix well and stir over gas to come to a ganacche consistency.

Now spread the ganacche over the cake and spread evenly.
