Mango Custard Halwa

Make mango pure.

Add sugar and custard powder in wok and mix well.

Add water and mix well.

Now switch on stove and start cooking on medium low flame.

After 4-5 min of cooking add ghee gradually and cook until it thickens.

Dish out and garnish with nuts and melon seeds.

Batter to serve after 2-3hours of resting it in fridge or cool place.

You can also cool it in some square mold and once it's cool and settle down, you can cut it into pieces and have it.
