Firstly soak poha

Add sugar, salt and tumeric on soaked pao and mix gently.

In a large Kadai heat 2 tbsp oil, splitter 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp cumin, pinch of hinge and few curry leaves.

Add 1 onion, 2 chillis and stir well.

Stir until onions shrink slightly without browning.

Add potatoes

Add peanuts in after four minutes

Add in soaked poha and mix gently until everything is combined well

Cover and simmer for five minutes until flavours are absorbed well.

Add 2 tbsp coconut, 2 tbsp coriander and tsp lemon juice, mix gently
