Make a soft chapathi dough with wheat flour, salt and water. Grease some oil on the dough and let it rest

In a kadai, add 2 tbsp oil. Add the chopped onions and salt. Once the onion becomes translucent add the masalas (Chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder and garam masala). Saute it for 2 mins and add the chopped coriander leaves and grated paneer. Turn off the flame and mix well. Let the mixture cool.

Now pinch a ball from the dough and roll it into thin chapathi. Heat the tawa and cook the chapathi flipping on both sides. Add some butter and remove it. Spread some mayonnaise and place filling at the center. Squeeze some tomato ketchup and roll the chapathi into a Frankie. Serve it hot.
