Ingredients

  1. For kadhi
  2. 2 cupcurd
  3. 3 tspbesan (gram flour)
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  7. 4-5garlic clove
  8. 2-3green chillies
  9. 1onion
  10. 2 tspcurry leaves
  11. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  12. For pakoda
  13. 2-3onion (sliced)
  14. 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  15. 1 tspturmeric powder
  16. 1 tspCoriander powder
  17. 1 tspred chilli powder
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. For tadka
  20. 1/2 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  21. 1 tspRai(mustard seeds)
  22. 2 tspCurry Leaves
  23. 2Red chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind all things (garlic,onion,curry leaves,green chilli and zeera) together into paste for kadhi

  2. 2

    Take curd and besan into pan and whisk add grinded paste, turmeric powder and salt cook on high flame till raw smell on besan goes

  3. 3

    Make pakodas and fry

  4. 4

    Add to boiling kadhi

  5. 5

    Take a pan heat oil now add zeera, rai, curry leaves and red chilli give tadka to kadhi your delicious kadhi is ready
