Ingredients

  1. 2small carrots, peeled and chopped
  2. 1/2apple
  3. 1 slicemango
  4. 1/4th cup fresh passionfruit juice
  5. 1/2 cupfresh orange juice
  6. 1 tbsphoney or to taste.(optional)
  7. 1 tbspflax seeds (optional)
  8. Toppings of nuts and seeds of your choice

    Blend everything except the toppings in a heavy duty blender. Serve immediately. Toppings here are sliced apricots, rosemary twigs, goji berries, split hazelnuts, some chia seeds and an orange slice!sluurp!!
