I was challenged by the ladies at work to make a healthy "green" smoothie that everyone liked for breakfast. So I whipped up a batch of what I think would taste good and oh my goodness! You wouldn't even know there's spinach in it! Bottoms up!

I was challenged by the ladies at work to make a healthy "green" smoothie that everyone liked for breakfast. So I whipped up a batch of what I think would taste good and oh my goodness! You wouldn't even know there's spinach in it! Bottoms up!

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2 cupfresh spinach leaves
  2. 1/2banana
  3. 6fresh mango peices
  4. 6strawberries (hulls removed)
  5. 8fresh blackberries
  6. 1 tbspwhole flax seed
  7. 1/2 tbspchia seeds
  8. 1/2 cuporange juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add spinach to the Vitamix container. Pile the fruit on top and add flax and chia seeds.

  2. 2

    Add orange juice and mix for 1-2 minutes until fully blended. Makes 3 16 ounce servings.
