Pour semolina in a bowl, add a pinch of baking soda and mix it well.

Add 35 grams of oil and mix it well

Knead semolina with lukewarm water

Roll each dough long in shape

Put them one by one in the hot refined, fry till light brown, Golgappe is ready.

Grind green coriander, mint and green chillies.

Add plain salt, cumin and asafetida

It will become chutney, then take it out in the pot

Soak the tamarind for 1 hour

Mash the tamarind well and sieve it

Add the tamarind water to the sauce.

Add some more water to this solution,
