Tke whiteflour, salt, sugar, curd, oregano, baking soda, milk and knead a dough, don't use water only milk. When it's done keep it for rest for at least for 2 hrs.

Then take butter, chopped garlic and chopped coriander and make a mixture.

Then take the dough, that rub little oil on a flat surface, again rub slowly and smoothly.

Then spread some flour with the help of hand press slowly then make it like chapati on the half portion brush, garlic mixture put some chopped capsicum, boiled corns and lots of cheese and fold like a half-moon with pressing the edges and brush on the top and on the upper side give a cut.

Then take an aluminum tray to grease it with butter and keep the bread on top and grease it with the garlic butter mixture. The oven or the kadhai should be preheated on for at least 10 mins and then keep the tray, let it bake at least for 50 mins.

Please don't open the lid to see again and again it will not bake properly and yes if you feel that it's not done then turn to flip the upper portion and again bake for few more mins.

Remove and sprinkle some chilli flakes oregano and serve with tomato sauce.
